On December 1st, 2016, one of the major European (Polish) magazines titled “Zwierciadlo” (in English: “The Mirror”) published an article explaining how our thoughts affect our reality.
The magazine is the Polish equivalent to “Rolling Stone” magazine, and it also explores topics with a focus on finding new ways to improve the quality of life.
In this article, Johanna Kern talks about the power of our thoughts and the process of self-healing.

Whether we believe it or not – our thoughts create our reality. No other force in the world has such an enormous impact on our life experience as the power of our own thoughts.
Positive thinking is the basis for achieving success in life, whether personal or professional. Our thoughts work like magnets, attracting to us what we focus on. When we get rid of negative thinking, we give ourselves a better chance of reaching fulfillment in life. How is that possible?
Currently, it is explained by quantum mechanics. However, we have already known it for centuries, even if only on the level of our beliefs. Absolutely everything that exists is energy, from the cells of the human body to flora, fauna, the planets, galaxies and everything else in the universe, including our thoughts. The first principle of the quantum theory says that reality is created by the observer, that is: as long as there is no observer, there is nothing. The second principle of quantum mechanics – speaks of so-called connectivity, explaining that any two things that in any way affected each other, are forever connected. It means that on the energy level, we are all linked to each other. We can say that we all are part of a huge energy field, in which we experience what we perceive as our “reality”.
Imagine that our thoughts are like radio waves. Everything that we think vibrates, just like radio waves, and that’s why – depending on the frequency of their vibrations – our thoughts have a particular quality and outreach, affecting the reality (the illusion of it) that we all create and co-create. Regardless of whether we are aware of it or not. When we understand and accept the enormous power of our thoughts as the true creators of our reality, we have the power to create the life we want. It is important to begin by changing the way we think about ourselves. The technique of using the power of autosuggestion and repeating positive statements about us is called affirming. The more we convince our subconscious that something positive is happening in our life or it has already happened, the more our subconscious will support us and work with us, instead of working against us. However, we need to remember that if we don’t affirm things that are logical to our subconscious – it will reject anything that it perceives as nonsense. Positive affirmations need to be practiced step by step, starting with replacing negative thoughts about ourselves with positive thinking. A bag full of money, an overnight success, or our dream partner will not find us when we keep repeating statements that are not real to our subconscious.
When we change the way we think, and we know the real power of our thoughts, we can experience truly amazing things, e.g. self-healing – Johanna Kern, the author of the two-time award-winning book “Master and The Green-eyed Hope”, talks about that:
