Our negative programming begins early in our life. It is important to find the places within ourselves where we can make positive changes in our subconscious programming.

Find a moment for yourself and let yourself experience your younger self. During our self-healing process, we need to address and take care of all the bits of ourselves that may have felt neglected, in the past.

There is no shame in needing Love. We are naturally wired to feel such a need. The beautiful truth is that Love is available to us at all times. Love is energy. It flows through us, and it may come from us. And we can direct the energy of Love to the places in ourselves where the need for Love has not been fulfilled.
