The Law Of Cause And Effect

A short overview of how this law affects  the quality of our life and our happiness: 

When happiness leaks out from our life due to daily struggle, stress, worries and busyness of life – we stop being conscious, and we miss out not only on the beauty and importance of our existence, but also on the gifts that life and the Universe offer us in abundance.

We tend to believe that action means only a physical doing. Yet according to the Master Teachings of HOPE – every single thought results in an outcome, and is considered an action. No exceptions.

For centuries, various institutions and people have usurped the right to rule our lives and fate, telling us how to live in order to stay safe and happy. And we know where they have led us: unhappiness, the economy that “feeds” the ambitions and greed of those who take advantage of the rest, a civilization that heads toward self-destruction, an exhausted and ill planet.

Science (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology) teaches us that every action has an effect.

The same principle – that is “Cause and Effect” – has been taught by every existing philosophy or belief system.

 

 There is no thought, as there is no action that has gone by without creating a concrete result in the field of Energy we all share. (See: How We Create & Co-Create Our Reality)

What we think, what we believe, the way of reasoning we’ve gotten used to – all of it has a certain outcome and results in what kind of reality we create for ourselves and for others.

When we blindly follow what others imprinted in our mind, and our subconscious mind, we not only live on “automatic pilot” – but we also give away our own power to live the life we want and deserve: in happiness and comfort, and with dignity.

Happiness helps us generate new ideas, go beyond specific information, think outside the box and come up with more creative solutions.

It is the door opening to the better understanding of the mechanisms of life, expanding our consciousness and reaching far beyond our limitations.

When we are filled with fears and doubts – we are stuck in a vicious circle of hopelessness, stress and struggle. And we all know what results from that.

Those who took away your right to decide your fate took away your power by lowering the level of your consciousness. It has been going on for centuries. Various institutions and various people usurped the power to rob others of dignity and consciousness – so that THEY can decide our fate.

Remember, we were not born that way. We were born full of joy, trusting the world and ready to create the best for ourselves. We were conscious of our own magnificence, and we were conscious of our own power – as early as infancy.

It is time to claim back that power.

It is time to be conscious of all that we can be.

The good news is that thoughts can be changed.

We can rewire our brains for happiness.

We can become happier, more effective, enjoying and creating the life we want and deserve.

In order to avoid mistakes – we need to listen to what’s inside our Heart. All fears, doubts and negativity reside outside of our Heart, and can easily occupy our mind.

* In the Master Teachings of HOPE, we use the word “Heart” to describe the core of our essence, our “pure inner person”. The part of us where we hold our own beautiful truth, free of any conditioning and fears.

Start with small steps, one day at a time.

When a negative thought comes to mind, tell it “Stop!” – as many times as you need. Then say to yourself: “This is only a thought, and thoughts can be changed. I can think any thoughts I choose. I choose to think thoughts free of fear and negativity.” Then think of something really nice. Slowly, you will learn to replace negative thoughts with pleasant ones.

Look into your Heart before you act. Let your Heart speak – its vision is bigger than your vision of yourself and your vision of the world.

“When you think new positive thoughts, you begin to produce different chemical substances associated with new positive emotions, and new neural pathways in your brain are being created. The more often you repeat positive thoughts, the stronger the new neural pathways become. For example, think of a new shortcut through a field. REMEMBER ALSO: OUR SUBCONSCIOUS rules 90% of our thinking and behavior. It is responsible for our habits, emotions, automatic reactions, defensive mechanisms etc., which may keep us stuck in unwanted situations in life. You can reprogram your subconscious and get rid of the negative patterns stopping you from living the life you want.

Take your time – step by step – that always works the best.

Have love and patience for yourself. We are beautiful and powerful humans. We can and we want to decide our own lives.
