Heart Meditation helps us to reconnect with our Heart, our “pure being”, to stay calm and be able to function in a reasonable, fruitful way, allowing us to stay strong and healthy, for ourselves and others. Heart Meditation is based on the fragments from Johanna Kern’s book Master Teachings of Hope.
When we are faced with stressful, threatening situations, it is easy to get lost in fear (or anger). Drawn by such emotions, we might sabotage our life, relationships, subconsciously attract the so-called “wrong people”, find ourselves in difficult situations, and be prone to accidents and sudden diseases.
