While in deep relaxation, you will be able to free yourself from past conditioning and program yourself for a beautiful, happy and fulfilled life. Based on The Master Teachings of HOPE: the ancient cultures knew how to change their reality, and developed a whole system of symbols to affect and inspire the subconscious to create the life they wanted for themselves. We can now benefit from the powerful knowledge of the ancient Masters, whose teachings have been adapted to our modern lifestyle and way of thinking.

1. YOUR BODY

ALL Bodies are equally precious. Imagine the reaction of a Bulldog – if you told him that he was too fat. Or picture a Greyhound’s response, if you told him he’s too skinny. If you told a Chihuahua dog that he’s too short, or a Great Dane that he’s too tall – they’d probably roar from laughter for a week straight! Our Body is no accident or necessity. It is a privilege that we give ourselves. Do you know how our Bodies react to our thoughts?

 2. YOUR MIND

Freedom from any limitations begins in our Mind. What does Power mean to you? Is it control, freedom to do what you want, influence over others, glamour, money, fame, high social status? Or perhaps you are coming from a different point of view and you find the source of your inner Power in looking forward to your eternal and better existence – some time – after you die? What you believe is always your choice. And such choice rarely reflects the true Power of your Mind. It is more likely based on Your Vision of the World and Your Vision of Yourself.

 3. YOUR HEART AND ITS VISION

When we live against what’s in our Heart, we experience a life of short-lived success. It could be that we are failing in private life – in our relationships and family –  or at work – where we cannot achieve lasting success; we keep losing our jobs, or capital. Your life reflects the state of your Heart. Remember: Your Heart and Your Life are communicating vessels. Happy Life equals Happy Heart. Happy Heart equals Happy Life. It’s that simple. There is a way to find out what you’re capable of, what your purpose is and what you truly want, and need, to bring to the world.

 4. YOUR EMOTIONS

Some Emotions are involuntary, as for instance the anxiety we experience in response to a perceived harmful event, attack or threat to our survival. Such reaction is called by psychologists “the fight, flight, freeze or fawn response” and it’s due to our natural biological wiring, rooted in our ancestors’ instinctual behavior in dangerous situations, such as, for instance, when they met a lion on their path and were fighting for their survival. There is no need, however, to give in to prolonged stress, when we are simply dealing with difficult life situations. Most Emotions can be monitored and modulated.

 5. YOUR EGO

There have been various definitions of Ego: psychology sees it as an invaluable tool for developing individuality, independence, self-esteem, personal boundaries, presence etc. Many religions and philosophies perceive it as an obstacle to spiritual development and enlightenment, since an Ego-driven life could distract us from a deeper, soulful vision. But what really is the Ego?

 6. YOUR VISION OF THE WORLD

The way we perceive the world around us has a large impact on how we live our lives. It is deeply rooted in the way we have been programmed, or have programmed ourselves, based on our experiences, beliefs, and – before all – what resonates with who we have become thus far. Your Vision of the World is reflected in the way you live: IS what you think of the world in accordance with your deeper, inner Truth?

7. YOUR VISION OF YOURSELF

Your Vision of Yourself is not a fixed thing. It may change according to your life situation, the change of your status, position, or even your mood. When you feel great, you see yourself on top of the world. When you are blue, you think of yourself in the opposite way. Then who are you really? You can see your True Self, or only your Shadow.
