How To Progress Spiritually Every Day? How To Deal With Financial Crisis And Be Able To Think Thoughts Of Abundance?

– these and other questions are answered by Johanna Kern.

Johanna Kern is already known to our readers. Her two-time award-winning book “Master and the Green-Eyed Hope will bring a revolution in the minds and hearts of anyone who is ready for such a revolution. We had the opportunity to ask Johanna a few questions, and she, despite her packed schedule, gave us some of her precious time to answer these questions.

Wellnessday: In what language did you write “Master and the Green-Eyed Hope”?

Johanna Kern: I wrote it in English, and then translated it for my Polish readers. Later it was also translated into German language. All of my works (books, articles, CDs) have been written in English.

Wellnessday: The book ending is very intriguing – we know that your feature movie (Shadowland: The Legend) was a success and that you were able to complete the production – but how have you managed to overcome the financial difficulties at that time and get the funds to finish “Shadowland: The Legend”?

Johanna Kern: Any big production requires considerable funds. Before film producers reach the finish line, there are often some financial problems to overcome. So it was also with this film, filled with visual effects. Positive thinking helped a lot. You need to always believe in what you are doing, or not do it at all. Our thoughts are like magnets. They attract what we are focusing on. When I gave up my worries and relaxed – everything suddenly changed and sponsors and investors came on board. Both angel investors and larger companies from the film industry. It was as if a huge bag filled with gifts arrived at my door. Many people chose to help this production, and they didn’t necessarily look for profits. They believed in the movie. It felt like sitting at the table during a holiday – everything was nice and easy.

Wellnessday: Can you reveal the circumstances in which you met your husband, Patrick? Our readers love romantic stories.

Johanna Kern: It is indeed a very romantic story. But it wasn’t simply that we fell in love at first sight. We had known each other previously for many years through a circle of mutual friends, yet there wasn’t any romantic connection between us at all. I had never seen Patrick as a potential partner – since he is much younger, and I treasure maturity in people. But when we accidentally started to spend some time together, suddenly to my surprise, I discovered that this young man was very mature. Of course, it wasn’t enough to get me interested in him romantically. I was then convinced that I would remain single (after the first marriage). My life has always been filled to the brim, and it seemed to me that I already had everything that I needed: wonderful experiences, a lot of fantastic people that I was meeting on my way, an interesting lifestyle, and an enormous amount of opportunities to be creative. I loved my life and didn’t think that anything was missing.

Then suddenly…well, yes. Patrick did not give up. He brought into my life many different colors, making it even fuller. New areas opened, where no longer I but we started to enjoy together the sunny and the rainy weather, warmer or colder evenings, finding more and more sparks of joy in minutes, hours, and days. And from those sparks a great love ignited and swept us like a joyful wave. We couldn’t be without each other anymore. All doubts went away. When true love begins, there is no room for any expectation of anything, and the only thing that matters is the journey we experience together. It isn’t a journey to find happiness because happiness is already here. It is a journey through which we can experience happiness together.

Wellnessday: In our country (Poland), where many people live frugally, where it is difficult to be a business owner, where taxes and all sorts of expenses consume 2/3 of the household budget, many people are not able to go beyond the material thinking, often repeating the typical thought pattern: “Do I have enough money to survive to the next paycheck? How am I going to pay my bills? Etc.” Do you have any advice on how to combine spirituality with a life of financial struggle? How to overcome the mind patterns of thinking that there isn’t enough and be able to think abundant thoughts that can bring us financial security?

Johanna Kern: Spiritual development indeed requires our attention, as do all that we want and what we want to achieve. Every step that we make in our life is dictated by our choices. Either conscious or unconscious – but this is always our own decision, what we want to do with our life. I know how it feels when there isn’t enough money in our pockets. I too have experienced such situations in life – many years ago. I have learned since then that money doesn’t like to come to us when we are constantly worrying about how much money we have. Just like everything else in the world, money responds to the same rule: like attracts like. That is, our thoughts decide what we attract in our life. So let’s have a good look at how many thoughts per day we direct toward a sense of scarcity, and how many are directed toward a perception of wealth, that is the abundance that we can notice everywhere in life if only we pay attention to it. All of us have already experienced abundance in life: this could be an abundance of experiences, friends, beautiful memories, new ideas, and so on. We can find abundance in life every single day.

Opening oneself to abundance is three-fold. First, we need to accept the fact that we deserve it. Second, we need to understand that abundance surrounds us and that our generous planet has enough riches to offer to everyone. Third, we need to become friends with abundance and welcome it into our life.

To do so – we need to reach deep down, into our subconscious, to change the internal imprinted beliefs that stop us from living the life we want. It could be our cultural or religious background, the influences of our caregivers or teachers in our childhood and early youth, or – our convictions of not being worthy, or believing that having a prosperous life is simply not right in the world where so many still suffer. Guess what, when your life gets better, you can decide to help others to stand on their own feet, in any way you want. You can show others how to live a better life, or you can share your own wealth with them. Many people have already done that, as you may know. Becoming wealthy does not mean becoming selfish. We always have a choice of who and how we want to be.

Our internal beliefs are best dealt with on the subconscious level, as our subconscious on average rules 90% of our thinking and behavior. It is responsible for our habits, emotions, automatic reactions, defensive mechanisms, etc., which may keep you stuck in a vicious circle of sabotaging your own life.

Yes, it can be done. For centuries, successful and influential people have been using tools for subconscious programming that have brought them extraordinary results.

It should also be noted that each of us has a different perspective on how much and what he/she needs. It is an individual matter when we feel “wealthy.” There is, after all, no rule for that. I know people who live in modest conditions, but they are richer than those who are not able to fill the inner emptiness with any amount of material wealth.

I had the privilege to learn how we can change our subconscious programming. I have used these methods in my own life, and now I share them with my readers on my official site. It is also interesting that you have asked me these questions about creating abundance in life – because recently I released a new audio recording on reprogramming the subconscious mind for prosperity.

Wellnessday: Do you still experience the trances in which you travel to the temple to meet with the ancient Master?

Johanna Kern: Yes, it is ongoing, but the meetings now changed in their form. For a long time now I have shared the Master Teachings of HOPE with others, helping many people – I was asked to do so. In our discussions with my teacher, we no longer concentrate on what I need, but we talk about what others need. For that reason, I just finished writing another book, titled “Master Teachings of HOPE ” – volume 1 (note: the book is available in Johanna Kern’s store, as well as worldwide on Amazon and via many other online sellers), and started another series of posts on my blog. I am always busy with writing or making new recordings. The beautiful ancient knowledge so generously given to me is always present in my work, ensuring that those who reach for my books and MP3s will find in them what they need the most.

Wellnessday: How can one progress spiritually every day?

Johanna Kern: Everyone has his/her way of evolving, and certainly there are no roads that are better or worse. According to the Master Teachings of HOPE, every path we choose at any given time is right for us. This does not mean, however, that nothing ever changes in our experience. When we evolve, our need for spirituality grows as well. It naturally increases and fills our life, and we may choose a different path while progressing, or continue with the same one.

I think the most important thing is to listen to what’s in our Heart – it always knows what’s best for us. I use the word “Heart” to describe the core of your essence, your “pure inner person”. The part of you where you hold your own, beautiful truth, free of any conditioning and fears. Your Heart is also the place where your spirituality begins.

Let us remember that the true wisdom which can guide us through life, is the knowledge of our Heart. Let’s not focus too much on the past, pondering on what was or what wasn’t, since life experience is the knowledge of our mind. You can acquire life experience over time. But to gain your life wisdom, you need to tune into your timeless Heart. And that is where you can look for spirituality every day.

Wellnessday: On behalf of our readers, thank you very much for this conversation.
