Heart Meditation is a short guided practice designed to help you stabilize your emotional state, reconnect with your inner center, and remain clear and steady when life becomes overwhelming.
This meditation is adapted from Master Teachings of Hope and the experiential methods Johanna Kern has used for many years in her mentoring work.
During periods of stress, uncertainty, or perceived threat, the nervous system can shift into automatic fear or anger responses. When that happens, our decision-making becomes reactive rather than grounded. We may find ourselves drawn into unhealthy dynamics, repeating unhelpful patterns, or feeling physically depleted.
This meditation offers a way to interrupt that cycle.
