Johanna Kern’s article titled “A MANIFESTO FOR WORLD PEACE: Turning Off Our Inner “War” is the Path to World Peace” was published in May 2019 edition of “Conscious Shift Magazine” – an online magazine with thousands of readers across America. They are focused on the change happening in our world today.
Turning Off Our Inner “War” is the Path to World Peace
The world we live in is full of wounded “selves.” The world we live in mirrors our collective vision of ourselves. It is no mystery or a secret anymore that we create our reality. And that reality is based on how we perceive ourselves and the world we live in.
No, it isn’t a mystical talk anymore. It is pure science.
There have been numerous studies whose outcome confirms what Ancient Masters have told us about changing reality with the frequency of our thoughts.
Modern physics, as we know it, is based on quantum theory, which is in turn the basis of one-third of our economy and its products.
The fathers of quantum mechanics, Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg, jointly received the Nobel prize for their work in 1965.
Quantum mechanics became the most precise physical theory, and it not only explains everything from how the stars or the sun shine, to why objects appear to be hard, but also gives us everything from computer chips, transistors and lasers to atomic bombs.
The two basic principles of quantum theory are:
1. Reality – is being created by an Observer.
2. Connectedness – any things that have ever interacted are forever connected, “entangled.”
It means that quantum theory shows us that the material/physical world, which we perceive through our senses – does not exist. It is an illusion. What we see exists only in our, or the so-called Observers’, brains – or more precisely in our minds, which sum up the experiences of our senses, giving us the illusion of “reality.”
The “connectedness” means we are all creating and co-creating our world not only for ourselves, but also for those with whom we are connected. That is all of nature, all of the universe, and people on the planet – because on the energy level we are connected with all that is, one way or another.
We all are part of a huge energy field that lets us create what we believe to be our “reality.”
Now imagine that our thoughts are like radio waves. All that we think has a particular vibration, and because of that – depending on the frequency of their vibrations – our thoughts have a certain quality and outreach. And that decides how our thinking affects the “reality” (or more precisely the illusion) that we create and co-create, whether we are aware of it or not.
Researchers noticed that fluctuation in mass or individual attention simultaneously affects different forms of matter.
In the 1990s, studies conducted during worldwide, broadcasted events measured non-local property of field consciousness and showed exciting positive results (see studies by Dean Radin, Roger D. Nelson, Richard Blasband, Dick Bierman – and many others).
Further, studies testing collective wishing showed the effects of the power of collective intention. (See Roger D. Nelson and his decades-spanning study on “Wishing for a Good Weather”, Princeton University; or the effects of the advanced Transcendental Meditation program which resulted in significant reductions in U.S. homicide and urban violent crime rates during an intervention period of 2007-2010 – as confirmed by Maharishi University of Management. These are only a few examples of very many similar studies.)
Our perception affects our reality and the way we perceive the world around us has a large impact on how we live our lives.
For some of us – the world is a place existing on its own, in which we have no say and can’t control it in any way. Some perceive the world as a place which is hostile, full of the “others” whom they need to fight, or avoid, always ready to attack or defend themselves.
For others, the world is a place that serves their ego, where they can fulfill their needs, whether materially or emotionally. There are people who see the world as oneness, where everything is purposeful. Yet others, see it as a big unknown, where anything is possible.
Your Vision of the World is reflected in the way you live: does your life happen to you, against you, despite you, for you or with you?
Whichever answer you find within – it will tell you where you are at this moment. That’s all. There is no right or wrong in any of these. It is only the reflection of who you presently are.
Unless we heal our wounded selves, we will continue to perpetuate the same experience. Such healing begins within, with our strong intention.
Whether we wish for a peaceful and happy life or we want the whole world to come together in peace – we need to start from the bottom, and turn off our own internal “war.”
We have been already given many tools for such a self-healing process. Each of us can find what we need – the right people, methods and circumstances will show up on our path.
And that’s because all we need is our strong intention to make things the way we want.
