Receiving All That You Choose
Beautiful Life. Happy Life. That’s what you want. The details may differ from person to person. Some of us want peace and joy. Some want health, money, or fame, or power, or success, or someone to love us. But all of that is just what we believe would make our life beautiful. We are not really after the details. What we truly want is to be happy with our life. Or – more precisely – what we want is to be happy.
Have you ever felt that your life was going nowhere? Have you ever felt limited and disappointed with what was available to you and didn’t know how to break free from that feeling and the circumstances? If your answer is “yes”, you are not alone. Many people have never felt truly alive. And to many, life is either hard or disappointing, or “running on automatic pilot”.
Our minds tend to work in a particular way: we think in a way we are used to. That is actually not so bad, when it comes to remembering or analyzing things where that type of logic is required. However, when we want to expand our consciousness, and live the life we want, instead living the one we don’t want – we need to train our mind to be able to use spiritual logic, not only the sensory kind.
Everything we can perceive around us exists in response to our thoughts. All the events and circumstances in our life occur in response to our thoughts. Our thoughts can create, and they can annihilate. They can be acts of love, or weapons of destruction (and self-destruction). When unconscious and untamed, our thoughts are like “hurricanes on the loose”.
Our thoughts can make our dreams come true, or they can destroy everything we care about.
Each thought is an action, and thoughts are the most powerful actions of all.
Those thoughts that can do the most damage in our life often are those we are not aware of, coming from our subconscious. And as our subconscious is responsible for 90% of our behavior, responses, emotions and beliefs – we tend to run our thinking on automatic pilot.
What happens when our negative subconscious thoughts interfere with what we want to achieve or experience in our life?
Misery. We live the life we don’t want, in misery and sorrow, or in hopelessness and disappointment.
Enough of the bad news? Let’s see what the good news is.
Your life is your own journey. Its distance is measured by the beauty of your Heart.

All you need is to know your own value. You are precious, powerful and unique. You don’t need to be stuck in a stream of circumstances and perpetuate what’s no longer satisfying.
You have a choice. And it doesn’t have to take hard work or struggle to change what you want.
In order to live a happy and fulfilled life we need to know how to remain mindful and practice mindfulness.
Freedom from any limitations begins in our mind. Freedom from limitations is the basis of happiness, and when it comes to freedom and happiness, there is no one who can give it to us, but ourselves. To free ourselves from fear of life, we need to first look into our mind.
Practicing Mind Awareness consequently leads to Heart Awareness.
And knowing our Heart – leads to happiness and joy of life.
When faced with stressful, threatening or annoying situations, do not give in to your emotions: instead of obsessing about what can or cannot happen – simply listen to what’s inside your Heart. All fears, doubts and negativity reside outside of our Heart, and can easily occupy our mind. The good news is that our thought patterns can be changed.
Positive thinking, as with any other thinking, is simply a result of practice.
First you need to become conscious of how and when to think positively. Then it becomes your habit, and later your habit becomes your lifestyle.
You and only you can decide how your life is going to be, and how much happiness in life you want. It isn’t up to any external powers – your happiness, and also your fully conscious living, begins with your conscious decision about HOW you want to be.
Your life can become your conscious choice. Your life can be beautiful, happy and fulfilled. You deserve nothing less than to live in comfort, happiness and health. It is your birthright. Claim it, live it and enjoy it.
You are a powerful creator.
If you truly decide to live a conscious and beautiful life – that’s how it’s going to be.
