Our heart and our life are communicating vessels.

Whatever we think of ourselves, however we perceive ourselves in terms of our health, strength, our inner power, our destiny or ability – becomes our everyday reality.

Our thoughts become the blueprints for our experience, and our wellness depends on our will. Wellness is the conscious act of living our life according to our standards of health, happiness and fulfillment.

As we keep evolving our knowledge grows. And – as we keep evolving – we find more and more ways of experiencing ourselves.

When we are not aware of our development through experience, we are often overwhelmed by the unexpected changes in our life, facing challenges we don’t understand, attracting numerous obstacles and problems. We often feel we lack happiness – which manifests as stress, deteriorating health, addiction, loneliness (whether we are in a relationship or not), anxiety, and lack of purpose, dissatisfaction with our lives, dissatisfaction with ourselves and/or others.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Our life is not an accident or a mistake. We are here to be all that we can be. All we need is to make the next step in our evolution – to live the life we were meant to live: happy, meaningful and fulfilled.

Our minds tend to work in a particular way: we think in a way we are used to. That is actually not so bad when it comes to remembering or analyzing things where that type of logic is required. However, when we want to expand our consciousness and live the life we want, instead of living the one we don’t want – we need to train our mind to be able to use spiritual logic, not only the sensory kind.

Our life can be the best thing that has ever happened to us. Our life can be beautiful.

In all of human history, we can find examples of how various societies have been and are programmed to live under the impression that people need to pay dues of some sort to either stay alive, healthy, safe, or be able to live a better life. From generation to generation such programming has been passed down to make most of us imprisoned in the illusion of having to live the life we don’t want to live. Such a belief not only stops us from pursuing true happiness but also limits our ability to evolve.

It doesn’t need to continue this way. We have the power to say “enough” to all of this. We have the power to change our reality. There is a simple solution for happiness in life: replace your head/mind desires with your heart-driven ones.

In the Master Teachings of HOPE, we use the word “Heart” to describe the core of our essence, our “pure inner person.” The part of us where we hold our own, beautiful truth, free of any conditioning and fears.

A happy Life equals a Happy Heart.

A happy Heart equals a Happy Life.

A life that reflects wholeness (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) is governed by the wisdom of one’s Heart. The ancient cultures knew that and learned how to create wellness by practicing a holistic approach to living life.

To fully implement wellness in all areas of our life – we need to be willing to look closely at what blocks us from living the life we want. We need to be able to define clearly what limits us: is it our environment? The way we were brought up? The way others influence what we think, or do?

We need to question our motives, as well as clearly understand why and how others contribute to our situation through their opinions or actions.

Our willingness to clearly define our limitations is the first step to our well-being.

Training our mind to focus on pleasant thoughts as well as learning how to empty our mind through relaxation exercises and meditation – leads to living a mindful and happy life. Once we train our mind to think new thoughts – through relaxation exercises and meditation – our perception of reality changes. When our perception changes – a new reality follows. That is simply how it works.

True wellness is an ongoing process of applying our idea of well-being to all areas of our life. In short – our idea of wellness becomes our lifestyle.

Such wholeness leads to fulfillment. Fulfillment leads to happiness. Happiness leads to health (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual). Health leads to joy. Joy leads to awareness. Awareness leads to wholeness. And so – the cycle is completed.

Our life can be the best thing that has ever happened to us. Once we focus on becoming the best versions of ourselves, we find all we need in the wisdom of our Heart.
