Recently much has been said about healing our reality. We are often presented with abstract theories, not really relevant to our experiences in everyday life. The number of so-called “conspiracy theories” is growing, and so is the frequency with which we see empty, worn-out slogans on social media platforms. How to deal with all this and organize this flow of information into some logical whole?? Here is na article which might make it all clearer for you.
We usually define ourselves in two ways:
1. By perceiving ourselves through our senses/brain (like seeing our body in the mirror, or feeling the rain on our skin).
2. By perceiving ourselves through experiencing (our emotions, mental processes, desires, memories, likes and dislikes).
Because of our perception, who we are is often misunderstood as merely what we call our identity, a sense of a particular being, with a set of specific characteristics.
We are able to perceive ourselves because of our consciousness.
Our consciousness can also be defined in two ways:
1. Consciousness as described by old-school medicine or old-school psychology: as long as we can operate via our senses, we are considered “conscious.”
2. Consciousness that operates beyond the senses, beyond body/brain capacity, beyond time and space.
For example: while we operate on the level of Gamma brainwaves – as in deep meditation, trance, or under narcosis – when we seem to be unconscious, we still can perceive ourselves and “reality” due to “expanded consciousness.” Medical researchers and scientists consider it a big puzzle, since Gamma brainwaves are being generated above the frequency of neuronal firing (that is – our brain isn’t capable of producing such a frequency).
To understand who we truly are, and not mistake it with our identity – we need to look deeper into our consciousness beyond the senses.
What is the consciousness beyond the senses?
To put it simply: it is a current, a signal that vibrates with a certain frequency.
Consciousness does not stop when our brain goes into a coma, or when we are “out of it” due to any other kind of disconnection from our senses.
Consciousness experiences itself in all states of our physical and mental capacity. In health, or physical or mental illness, consciousness continues to gather experiences for its progression.
Our physical life is the “vision quest” of our consciousness.
As the consciousness that we are, we are always evolving and looking for more opportunities to expand our vision of ourselves. It manifests in our life through our pursuit of happiness, seeking our life purpose, seeking to improve our situation, looking for fulfillment or a happy relationship, reaching for our dreams, feeling the need for self-improvement, etc.
The innate nature of consciousness is to grow, to expand. If for any reason the consciousness is not expanding, not raising the frequency of its vibration – it will slow down/decrease, and – eventually – stop, cease to exist as the consciousness experiencing itself.
The main thing that can stop the consciousness that we are from existing is our lack of progress and lowering the frequency of our vibration.
Interestingly enough: what raises the vibration of our consciousness, as discovered by researchers, are, for instance, the states of altruism, compassion, and universal love – i.e. the “higher virtues.”
The ancient cultures knew that and developed special tools assuring the evolution of our consciousness. However, most of those tools have been stolen, fragmented, and put in use in incomplete forms by those who were seeking power and taking advantage of others – whether economic or emotional. Various institutions benefited from the fragmented ancient knowledge to establish themselves as authorities deciding human fate.
Instead of using the tools in their original form – as designed for expanding our consciousness, they have been applying them in their fragmented/incomplete form as an aid for conditional programming.
What is conditional programming?
It consists of Subconscious Programming, Societal Programming, and Avoidance Programming:
-
Subconscious Programming is spontaneous and rooted in our survival fears. It can be easily triggered by any of our caregivers/parents, or other authorities in our life.
-
Societal Programming is externally inflicted – usually via regulations/manipulation or pressure – and rooted in the inherent need of all social animals for a structure for living in groups.
-
Avoidance Programming can be either self-inflicted or internally inflicted, and is rooted in our natural fear of change and development of a sense of “habitual safety.”
Habitual safety is the “know-how” to exist/survive in particular circumstances that we’ve gotten used to – no matter whether they are beneficial for us or harmful.
Due to these three types of programming, we perpetuate our existence in fear, discomfort, and limitation. As long as we are running on “automatic pilot” – we keep destroying our happiness and the welfare of others, and we are heading toward not only physical but also spiritual self-destruction.
To continue our existence as the consciousness that we are, we need to begin and maintain the process of self-healing.
That process can be spontaneous and needs to start NOW – if we want to survive as humans, and as the consciousness that we are.
-
The first step is to acknowledge who we are: consciousness.
We are here to know that we have no limits.
We are here to be who we were meant to be.
We are here.
-
The next steps depend on what we prioritize, or in what order we want to change the programming in the 7 main areas of our life – in which we experience ourselves as the consciousness that we are (The Big 7):
Our Body
Our Mind
Our Heart & Its Vision (our pure, inner being)
Our Emotions
Our Ego
Our Vision Of The World
Our Vision Of Ourselves
As the consciousness that we are, we want to experience ourselves as all of the above in our pure, unconditioned form.
Can we do that?
Yes. As the consciousness that we are, we have a choice: to be, or not to be.
How can we do that?
We all are part of a Design that has the ability of self-healing. This ability can be applied to all the areas of our physical life (The Big 7). All we need is to appropriately trigger the self-healing process and to maintain it. Once we trigger our self-healing process, we align with the natural process of our Evolution: we can overcome anything that stands in the way of our progress.
The Master Teachings of HOPE provide us with specific tools for self-healing and maintaining our progress, which were developed by the ancient Masters. These tools come in their pure, original form, adapted to our modern lifestyle and way of thinking.
We are here to become all that we can be. Let us fall in love with the world, and let’s not forget to love our life.
