To find our own place in the world is to find out what could be our true passion, doing things that bring us joy, doing what we love. In other words, our place on Earth is where we can be at peace, where we can find fulfillment, no matter whether such a place is an actual place or state of mind.

The way we see ourselves, the world and our place in it, as well as what we experience in life, depends on our perception. That is, on what we can imagine as possible in our “reality.” It means we can experience only what is, in our opinion, possible for us, one way or another.

Our perception is often deeply rooted in the way we have been programmed or in how we have programmed ourselves based on our experiences and beliefs. The way we perceive the world reflects how we perceive ourselves.

Opening up to new possibilities allows us to improve our vision of ourselves, allowing us to be who we want to be. Our vision of ourselves is not a fixed thing. It can be altered or completely changed.

The basic answer to the question “What am I to do in my life?” is: Do what you love!

If you truly enjoy what you do, you happily put a lot of time and energy into it, and so your efforts are more likely to be rewarded in some way. Plus your life brings you happiness.

Doing what you love requires finding out who you want to be. Therefore, it is worth considering whether our passions can be turned into our daily job.

But what if we have several or many various passions? Is it necessary to focus on just one? You can try to combine them together and find a job that will make use of all of them.

And what about the people who think they don’t have any passion? Each of us is interested in some areas that simply make us feel good. Finding out what makes us happy is not a difficult process. All you need is to start asking yourself questions about what could be joyous for you to do, and answer them from what you feel deep down inside:

Do you like animals? You can become a volunteer at the animal shelter.

Are you an avid reader who loves to stay home? Perhaps you could write book reviews, or maybe you can get inspired to start your own blog or YouTube channel.

In the midst of daily struggles, stress and worry, it is very easy to lose one’s joy of living. We stop being aware of what we truly need and we don’t notice the beauty and importance of our existence. We stop hearing our inner voice, which leads to lack of joy of living, and this, in turn, leads to lack of happiness. Instead of enjoying our existence, we begin to struggle with life and wrestle with each other. In such a situation, it is difficult to find our own path in life. But we have a choice.

 Spending some time alone helps us focus on our inner truth and benefits our well-being:

We can choose to trust life and understand the wisdom of our hearts. It doesn’t require great courage to do so. But it does require our attention: calming down our busy mind and spending enough time alone.

How much time alone do we need? It truly is a personal matter. For some people 20 minutes a day spent in the quietness of their own home creates miracles. For others it could be an hour-long walk in the park, where they can enjoy silence, listening to the sounds of beautiful nature.

Yes, you can find some time for yourself. After all, we always find time for what’s important to us. And when we decide that we deserve our attention, we find out that our own happiness is an important building block in creating a better, happy world. It is because our happiness helps us find our own unique role in the world. Then we are not only able to follow our true destiny, but also through our own example, we can show others that life is worth living. That it is possible to love life and live differently, more happily.

Feeling happy helps us find our place in the world.

Happiness helps us live a fulfilling life, stay healthy, enjoy the challenges on our path, and find solutions to our problems.

To find our own place in the world, we need to accept who we are, listen to our inner voice, and find ways to fall in love with our experience.

When we find out who we are – we find the meaning of our life.

When we find the meaning of our life – we find happiness.
