When we are faced with stressful, threatening or annoying situations, it is easy to give in to our emotions. Instead of obsessing about what can or cannot happen – it is important to listen to what’s inside our Heart. We can relate to our Heart as the core of our existence, described also as our “pure inner being”.

Survival fears, fear of getting hurt, fear of loneliness, and continuous stress and nervous tension are usually related to the poor functioning of our heart chakra. Drawn by such fears, we might sabotage our life, our relationships, never mature emotionally, subconsciously attract the so-called “wrong people”, find ourselves in difficult situations and be prone to accidents and sudden diseases.

One of the most effective ways to reconnect with our heart, stop perpetuating anxious thoughts and find peace and strength within is breathing through our heart chakra.


This meditation can help us to reconnect with our Heart Chakra:

Find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down.

  • Relax and let your arms comfortably rest alongside your body. When you are ready, close your eyes.

  • Now take a deep breath. Do it slowly, for there is no need to rush.

  • Slowly, let it out.

  • Take another deep breath, and again – breathe out, peacefully and slowly.

  • While taking in the next breath, let it fill you up from toes to head and add an image to it: a pleasant dim light glowing everywhere inside you.

  • Keep breathing, slowly, and observing the light inside, from the count of 10 to 1:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

  • Take another deep breath and let the dim light inside shine in every single cell in your body.

Now imagine the following:

You are sitting on the beach, facing a beautiful emerald ocean. With your eyes closed, you feel the gentle breeze embrace your entire body: your legs, thighs, belly and chest, your arms and neck, your face and entire head.

You notice that the soothing breeze comes and goes with the movement of the waves. It is a very pleasant feeling to become a part of such a harmonious and peaceful process.

Now you feel your own breath becoming a part of the peaceful rhythm:

IN – the breeze comes to embrace you.

OUT – the breeze goes back to the ocean.

Keep breathing and enjoying the loving breeze that makes you feel safe.

IN – OUT …. IN – OUT

Now imagine that the loving breeze brings your entire body in and out of existence.

The loving breeze flows easily through your heart.


IN – the breeze flowing through your heart brings your body into existence.

OUT – the breeze flows out from your heart and your body dissolves into oneness with the ocean, with the ground, with the sky, with the entire planet.

IN – you are becoming YOU

OUT – you are becoming one with everything


Keep breathing and enjoy the Love you feel inside.

  • Breathing through our hearts helps us become aware that even though we might feel we are separate from the world, in fact, we are a part of the Wheel Of Creation.

  • Not only can we experience the process of creation and the energy of pure Love, but we can also create our own experience.

  • Yes, it is safe and wonderful to be you. You have all the power, love and wisdom you need.



Say in your mind:

I am safe. I am loved. I am loving. I am LOVE.

Stay with this feeling of love for as long as you need. Breathing peacefully.

You know your own rhythm best. You also know the true rhythm of your heart.

Let your Heart stay open. Let your Heart keep you safe, being one with Love.

Say in your mind:

All is well. I am safe. My Heart is strong and full of Love. I am safe. I am safe.
